I got rear ended and had my car totaled so I was left driving a rental from the insurance company while the total loss processed. I saw a Tesla online at KMA and came to look at it. I told Kevin my situation and he let me hold the car while I waited on the payment to come in and even let me do a day long test drive so I could check out the vehicle for an extended period of time which really showed he has confidence in his vehicles. There were a couple small pieces around the car that I wanted to get fixed under the manufacturers warranty and he even had Tesla service come out to his dealership and perform one of the services while he was holding the vehicle. KMA held the vehicle for about three weeks while he had many other calls on it and could’ve sold it well before I ended up buying. All in all he really helped me out in my abrupt, unforeseen event way beyond anything I’ve ever encountered at any dealer I've worked for or with in the past. If you want to buy a vehicle from a super honest and genuine dealer, I definitely recommend going to KMA Premium Motors.

Kevin, the owner went the extra mile to get me into a 2004 Chevy SSR he had for sale. Being an out of buyer, I had some extra request related to the sales. Kevin was very supportive in that he honored those requests, like repairing a few minor operational and cosmetic items. Additionally, he handled all the paper work and got it to me via overnight mail so I could execute the buy long distance. Another example, Kevin and I worked out plan that he would deliver the car to the Charlotte Airport, so I could fly in and pick it up and drive it back to Delaware. KMA is a winner for sure.

I recently purchased a 2005 Mercedes SLK Convertible from KMA Premium Motors. Couldn’t have more positive things to say about the car and the experience itself. I was going on a couple years of a search for a solid but older convertible. Many other dealers had hidden both imperfections as well as components that weren’t working in an older convertible which I uncovered when I test drove them. Kevin was transparent, friendly, personable, and genuine. My two year search came to a quick close when I found this vehicle and encountered Kevin. I test drove the car, had a quick and easy process with paperwork, and Kevin’s team delivered the car in my driveway shortly after. I found the car to be spotless and in excellent condition.
